In which countries is it possible to shop online?

At the moment you can place your order in Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, UK, Czech Republic, Norway, Monaco, Noruega, Romania and Sweden.


How many Languages can I browse in?

The LAURA PATERSON browsing languages are Spanish and English.


Are out of stock items restocked?

When a bag sells out very quickly we will restock it unless it is end of season when we will replace it with a newer design.


Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes. We do not Photoshop the photographs. You will receive the same bag you see in the photos.


Is it possible to receive information via emails about LAURA Paterson’s latest new products and offers?

 Yes. Once you have registered on our online shop you will receive news on the latest products, offers and other information of interest (if desired). Should you not want to receive newsletters from LAURA PATERSON you have the option to unsubscribe.


If I forget my password, can I recover it?

 Yes, all you have to do is click on "forgotten your password?" and you will immediately receive an email with your password.


How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

 Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email contact our Customer service department.


How can I track my order?

 Go to the "order" menu in "My account" where you will be able to track your order in real time.


Can I remove items from my order?

 Yes. You can delete items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order from the order menu in "My account".


What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

 It is pretty much impossible that LAURAPATERSON sell you anything but an item in perfect condition as they are examined thoroughly before being sent to our clients. However, in the rare event of receiving a faulty bag please contact our customer service department.


What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

 If you were to accidently receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service department.
